Therapeutic Grooming
Loud noises, stressful environment, impatient and rushed handling are the most common reasons why pets fear grooming.
With A Lotta Love, each appointment has enough time to compassionately work with your dog or cat to gain trust.
We use several calming methods such as massage, praise, hugs & treats, patient & assuring communication, background music etc.
We will never rush through a grooming appointment to save time. We groom a maximum of 3 dogs per day.

OUR STORY
After working for 20 years in accounting, and burning out,
I decided to go for my passion in life - working with pets!
With 5 years of grooming experience, I started A Lotta Love in December 2022.
I have met so many wonderful pet owners who share my passion for dogs and cats.
Now I love going to work every day!
I named this business after my sister Lotta who passed away in 2017.
Lotta loved animals as much as her family. Their rescued pets were the luckiest world.
I inherited Emma, a golden retriever, lived to 14 years and
Princess, a bichon frise, floated over the rainbow bridge at 20 years old.
My sweet kitty Sally went home at 15 years old.
A 5 lb chihuahua, Abby, 14 is now getting all my love!
I truly believe that our pets are angels who bring us comfort and joy. They deserve the best love, nutrition, exercise and hygiene in return for all the happiness they bring us.
